Kenneth P. McDaniel
Mr. McDaniel was raised in Houston,
Texas and received his degree in Political Science in 1989
from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas and received his law degree in 1992 from
Oklahoma City University School of Law in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. Mr. McDaniel has clerked for the Honorable
Oklahoma County District Judge, Eugene H. Mathews and is a
former Oklahoma County Assistant District Attorney in
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Felony Prosecutor, Mr.
McDaniel was assigned to the Homicide Rotation and Major
Felony Division, as well as prosecuting specially
assigned Sex Crimes, Arson and Gang
cases. Mr. McDaniel also trained interns and
lawyers for trial work.
Mr. McDaniel was first admitted to the
bar in 1992. In addition to being licensed in Texas
and Oklahoma, Mr. McDaniel is licensed to practice in the
United States District Courts for the Southern, Western
and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Western, Northern
and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. He is also
admitted to practice before the United States 10th Circuit
Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court in
Washington, DC.
Mr. McDaniel is also a member of the
National Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association.
